Experimental systems language

knurl.

A native systems programming language built around typed, authority-aware information flow, designed for humans and agents.

The project

The compiler makes the boundaries visible.

  • Compiler-visible ownership, effects and authority
  • Flow IR and whole-project semantic queries
  • Native C emission and deterministic build manifests
  • Native compiler self-regeneration
Current state

An experimental compiler with executed native self-regeneration. The C#/.NET bootstrap remains the normal semantic-tooling authority; full diagnostic parity, lifetime checking and bootstrap removal remain open.
